1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using HuntBTC ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and HuntBTC. Please read them carefully before using our Service.

2. Description of Service

HuntBTC is a cloud-based Bitcoin mining platform that allows users to participate in pool mining without owning physical hardware. The Service includes:

  • Virtual mining machines (Pool Miners)
  • Free miners with ad-supported activation
  • Paid miners with higher earning potential
  • Bitcoin withdrawal functionality
  • Real-time mining statistics

3. Eligibility

To use our Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
  • Not be prohibited from using the Service under applicable laws
  • Not be located in a jurisdiction where cryptocurrency services are prohibited

4. Account Registration

4.1 Account Creation

You may create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4.2 Account Security

You agree to:

  • Keep your account credentials secure
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Not share your account with others
  • Not create multiple accounts

5. Mining Services

5.1 Free Miners

  • Maximum of 10 free miners per account
  • Earnings: $0.02 per day per miner (converted to BTC)
  • Requires watching advertisements every 8 hours to maintain activity
  • Ad-free operation available with Premium subscription

5.2 Paid Miners

  • Contract duration: 2 years from purchase date
  • Earnings based on miner tier (approximately 65% of reference rates)
  • No advertisements required
  • Non-refundable after purchase

Risk Disclosure: Cryptocurrency mining returns are not guaranteed and depend on various factors including Bitcoin price, network difficulty, and market conditions.

6. Payments and Withdrawals

6.1 Purchases

All purchases are processed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Payment terms are subject to the respective platform's policies.

6.2 Withdrawals

  • Minimum withdrawal: $50 equivalent in BTC
  • Withdrawal fee: Free
  • Verification required: OTP via email
  • Valid Bitcoin wallet address required
  • Processing time: 1-3 business days

6.3 Refunds

Due to the nature of digital services and cryptocurrency, all purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal purposes
  • Attempt to manipulate or exploit the mining system
  • Use automated scripts, bots, or similar tools
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent limits
  • Provide false information or impersonate others
  • Interfere with the Service's operation
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to access source code
  • Use the Service if under 18 years of age

8. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by HuntBTC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC MINING RETURNS WILL BE ACHIEVED.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HUNTBTC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HuntBTC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Any earned but unwithdrawn balance above the minimum threshold may be withdrawn within 30 days of termination notice.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HuntBTC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
